My professional background includes:

Sales: Having sold a wide range of solutions to customers and exceeding quotas for
multiple years gives me a unique perspective and understanding as to what sales staff;
customers and management need and want to be successful.

Marketing: My time as Director of Marketing for a software company provided me with the
street knowledge required to position products and services in the niche marketplace we
served.

Team Building: Some of the hardest experiences in team building come through change.
Organizational changes such as market down turns, significant company growth and new
company parent organizations all tax the inner working of a team. As a General Manager
after an acquisition, we saw staff reductions, but achieved goals including exceeding
financial plans by 30% for 9 consecutive quarters.

Recruitment: Finding and retaining the right talent is critical to every organization. Finding
specialized talent in a niche market is even more critical. My experiences recruiting the
right talent helped achieve the financial plans on a quarterly and annual basis.

Customer Service: Every employee in any organization I have managed has served the
customer. Our business was a reference sell, and we constantly achieved the highest
customer referenceability in our industry.  

As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day
survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and
personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to
the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.

I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and
vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that
will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.

My Personal Background:
I have been married for 23 years to the same wonderful gentleman – Steve. Our son
Andrew is the pride of both his parents. He was a gift to us, when we thought having a child
was beyond our dreams. So never stop praying and dreaming, they do come true.
